                                                Converting a Prospective Buyer after meeting them at an Open last month. 
                                                At the Open they told me "Thanks for all the info but we have a bunch of 
                                                realtor connections". I didn't feel rejected and game them a magazine "No 
                                                pressure, but here's some no obligation strategies for buying." I used to do 
                                                Open houses and I looked like a fool, cause I didn't have any Marketing 
                                                pieces to put in prospects hands as they left besides a flyer and Biz card 
                                                maybe. I just relied on them liking me enough to leave an impression. Now 
                                                I'm pairing that with layout out the Active Marketing Plan, 9CQs and 7 Buyers 
                                                (and of course listing and neighborhood info), put one or all of those in the 
                                                prospects hands, and they are starting to come find me after the fact.
